12. Applicable Law
SRP is based in the Province of Ontario in Canada and provides this website for use only by persons located in Canada. This website is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where its use is not permitted. If you access the website from outside Canada, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws of your jurisdiction.
You agree that these Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of this website, products or services provided will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, notwithstanding any differences between the said applicable legislation and legislation in force at your location. By using this website and/or the services it provides and/or by submitting any information to or through this website, you accept that exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the Province of Ontario and/or the Federal Court of Canada, and that any disputes will be heard by the said courts.
