SRP Control and the Community We Serve During COVID-19

SRP Control is supporting essential business and remains open.  The safety and well-being of our employees and the employees of our customers explicitly remain our top priority.  Our customers offer essential services including oil & gas companies, municipalities, water, hydro, other labs, and more. SRP is considered an essential business because of the critical services we provide for companies to keep them up and running.  We will continue to provide critical calibration and instrumentation services for your operations.

Maintaining Protocols and Adding More for Safety

Much of the support we provide relies on our skilled technicians being in the lab to retain compliance.  We are ensuring a healthy work environment and implementing and maintaining protocols that have always been in place.

  • Personal hygiene protocols.
  • Practicing social distancing recommended by the CDC and WHO.
  • Disinfecting equipment, packages, and work surface areas.
  • Staff wearing gloves during calibrations and maintenance on equipment.
  • Employees do not report to work with any symptoms of illness.

Conferences and Conventions

Regrettably but inevitably a number of major international conferences and exhibitions which members of the SRP team were due to attend have been postponed or canceled because of COVID-19.  However, rest assured that when rescheduled events do take place, we will be there, and get you all of the information.

Timelines and Turnaround for Calibration Shipping

Currently, our standard turnaround for calibration is 2 weeks. We also have a next on bench (rush) option as well. We are fully operational and working to ensure that there are minimal delays with customer orders.  Contact us with any equipment or calibration needs as we are ready to assist.

As we continue navigating COVID-19, SRP is working on ways in specifically doing our part to support the communities now and after the pandemic.
