  • Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The credit card must have a Canadian or US billing address and must be issued by a US or Canadian bank.
  • To order by phone, just call 1-800-268-2605 (toll free in North America). Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm EST.
  • To order by email, please send an email to  sales@srpcontrol.com.
  • If you wish to request credit terms, please email  orders@srpcontrol.com for a credit application.

  • Some instruments are eligible for return. Customized versions of instruments may not be able to be returned. If there is an issue with a product you have purchased, please contact us to see whether your instrument is eligible for a return.
  • Refer to our  terms and conditions  for more information.

  • Please  contact us  should you wish to cancel your order. Order cancellation dependent on manufacturer and product specific. A restocking fee may apply.

  • If you choose to delivery with a courier of your choice, deliver fees will differ per courier. You may also prepay and charge from our account where we will ship your instrument and notify you of your delivery fees.

  • Price subject to change. In the event that an error is spotted in your quote, you will be contacted and notified via phone call or email.

  • The applicable government taxes will be charged to your order dependent on the “ship to” location.

There are a couple ways you can arrange for a calibration:

  • First you must complete the  RMA request service form. You will then receive a confirmation email that contains the instructions for how to ship the device.
