Michell Instruments Service Exchange Program
Virtually no down time - just plug and play with minimal interruption in measurement

- SRP control systems ltd. is proud to offer the Michell Instruments Service Exchange Program, which provides very significant advantages to customers across Canada in both convenience and cost savings.
- Sensor exchanged :
Easidew Dew-Point Transmitter
Easidew I.S. Transmitter - Here's how it works:
You simply place an order for a Service Exchange sensor. This will typically be shipped to you within approximately 10 business days from our Mississauga facility.
Upon receipt, you swap it out with your installed sensor that requires recalibration. Within two weeks, send your old unit back to SRP control systems ltd., and it is then recycled into the Service Exchange Program. - When the old sensor is received at Michell Instruments, the protective cap and sensor tile are removed. The body is ultrasonically cleaned to prevent any possibility of cross-contamination, and the performance of the digital electronics is thoroughly verified. A new sensor tile is then mounted and the transmitter is recalibrated. That unit is then ready to be used for the next Service Exchange order.
- A Service Exchange sensor is calibrated using the same procedure and instrumentation as a new sensor.
A NIST traceable calibration certificate is supplied and the same calibration warranty as a new transmitter is also provided. - View ordering codes
