PMC-PT Series
The PMC Miniature Pneumatic/Sanitary Pressure Transmitter (PT Series) has been designed specifically for measuring pressure in paper mills and similar process industries where the plugging of gauges and seals is a particular concern. The small, 1″ diameter of the transmitter permits installation to be flush with the inside wall of pipes 2″ in diameter and larger. This flush fitting eliminates the usual pocketing problems encountered with conventional flange mounted pressure transmitters and chemical seals. The PMC Sanitary Miniature Pneumatic Pressure Transmitter (PT/SAN) modifies the proven PT Series to include a Sanitary Seal at the diaphragm face. The PT/SAN was specifically designed to address the sanitary needs of the Food, Chemical, Brewery, and Pharmaceutical industries. The weld-on nipple can be mounted in most quick disconnect couplings.
